- Lois Brustad 1914-1982
Lois Brustad, 67, Bagley, died Sunday evening, September 26 at Bagley.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday (today) at the Faith Lutheran Church, Bagley, with the Rev. Trueman Daniels officiating. Interment will be in Bagley City Cemetery under the direction of the Cease Funeral Home.
Mrs. Brustad was born October 22, 1914 at Crookston, the daughter of Ed and Ragna Falkum. She grew up at Redwood Falls and graduated from high school there. Shortly afterwards, the family moved to Bagley. Her marriage to Leslie Brustad took place at Bagley October 16, 1941. He died in 1964. She was active in the American Legion Auxiliary and was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.
She is survived by three children, Larry, Wayzata, Shirley (Mrs. Tom) Beltz, Bagley and Ricky, Moorhead, four grandchildren; her twin sister, Doris Olson, Bagley and another sister, Lorraine Haaven, Plummer.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents. [2]
